Pre-Registration of Abstracts for Posters

All poster presenters MUST pre-register their abstract so we can provide enough space to accommodate all posters. NO FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
To pre-register your abstract, Email the following information to bp51h@nih.gov

TITLE (all caps)
Author's names and address (indicate presenter with an *)
Text of the abstract (maximum 300 words, please)
List of key words (10 maximum)
Formal mailing address
Email address
Laboratory affiliation (lab head's name if student/postdoc)

Abstracts must be submitted by September 23^rd. Soon after the submission deadline the abstracts will be available for perusal at this web site.

NOTES :

• Abstracts should be sent via Email; please cut-and-paste the abstract out of your word processor into your mail program. Please DO NOT attach, encode, encrypt or otherwise disguise the contents as they may not be readable at this end. All abstracts will be copied directly onto the web site with only minor re-formatting as needed.
• Please limit the length of your abstract to 300 words maximum.
• Please provide a list of keywords for indexing and searching abstracts. These may be listed at the end of the abstract.
• Poster board space will measure 4 feet by 4 feet per person.
• Posters should be put up before the 9am start of the morning session or at the morning coffee break so others can preview posters during the lunch break.

Please pre-register as a participant if you will be attending : Email the names of all individuals likely to attend and indicate lab head/affiliation to bp51h@nih.gov There is no charge for participant pre-registration, this is intended to provide us with a better idea of the number of participants planning to attend the symposium. Please send a list of names of all individuals likely to attend so that sufficient materials can be available.
